For the distribution of Net Import Revenues,the County of Orange shall receive 50%of any Net Import Revenues received in accordance with Section 3.6(F)(2)(i)of this Agreement.The County of Orange shall also receive the Unincorporated Area distribution set forth in this Appendix 1,as periodically modified in accordance with Section.3.6(F)(2)(ii)of this Agreement. (2) The City of Costa Mesa and the Costa Mesa Sanitation District have separate WISE Agreements. Costa Mesa Sanitation District Acceptable Waste tonnage is based on City of Costa Mesa Acceptable Wate tonnage and Importation Revenue is calculated based on City of Costa Mesa Acceptable Waste tonnage delivered to the Waste Infrastructure System.
