Attachment 1 <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE ORGANIC INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> The County of Orange owns and operates a network of three commercial organic processing facilities co-located at <br /> each of the active landfills. Each of the organic processing facilities have the ability to receive organic material and to <br /> produce organic products for cities to meet their Take-Back requirements specified within this agreement. Products <br /> produced at the organic processing facilities meet CalRecycle's SB 1383 procurement requirement and are certified <br /> under the US Composting Council's Standard of Testing Assurance(STA)Program. Product offerings include <br /> compost and composted mulch.
