This Lease shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of,the parties hereto and <br /> their respective heirs, legatees, distributes, legal representatives, successors and assigns. <br /> C. This Lease shall not be modified, amended or supplemented, in whole or part, <br /> without the prior written consent of all parties hereto.
