Narrative: Narrative <br />On 06-23-25, at approximately 2035 hours, Officer J. Gonzalez #3970 and I responded to 1519 S. Van Ness Avenue <br />to conduct follow up with victim Evelyn Reyes. <br />Officer Gonzalez responded to show Reyes a 6-pack photo lineup. Officer Gonzalez was not involved in the initial <br />investigation and did not have any knowledge of the case of suspect. <br />Officer Gonzalez read Reyes the 6-pack photo lineup admonishment from her department issued officers index <br />booklet. <br />At 2041 hours, Officer Gonzalez provided Reyes with 6 individual photos (separate pages) that were numbered 1 to 6. <br />Reyes positively identified photo 3 as the suspect ( <br />Reyes identified via his facial features and facial hair.
