SEMAN requested I respond to 506 East Washington <br />Avenue, in the city of Santa Ana, to assist in the investigation. I arrived at the scene at <br />approximately 0205 hours, and met with investigators from the Orange County District <br />Attorney’s Office (OCDA), and Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD) <br /> At approximately 0245 hours, SAPD Sergeant JAY MILLER conducted a briefing of the <br />known circumstances surrounding the incident for the personnel involved in the investigation. <br /> OCDA Supervising Investigator RON SEMAN subsequently teamed me up with OCDA <br />Investigator TOM CONKLIN, and assigned us to supervise the processing of the scene by Orange <br />County Crime Lab personnel.
