This in photo number four, this alcove next to <br />the, next to the garage, was there any light in there? Was that lit up at all? <br />GARCIA: No, um just like it’s showing in the shadow… <br />ANDERSEN: Uh-huh. <br />GARCIA: Um, the same light hits and causes that ***there’s no light in here, it’s basically <br />this thing slid up and the only image I have of him is me lighting him up with my <br />flashlight. Um, and that’s how I was able to see it. There, there was a couple <br />things here that he climbed up but as far as the lighting there I, I don’t recall it, <br />other than my light. <br />ANDERSEN: Okay. When you, when you’re up on top of the washing machine, and you were <br />looking down in there, did you say he wasn’t even looking at you, like he was <br />just hiding, maybe hoping nobody was gonna know he was in there. <br />GARCIA: I wouldn’t say no, oh yeah he was hiding but it wasn’t like he made a, like he <br />actually tried to hide. I mean he was, he was there, he wasn’t hiding <br />underneath anything on the bottom of anything. He was just there. Ah <br />squatted down, staring at with a blank stare, staring at the wall. <br />ANDERSEN: Did it appear that your light surprised him, when you, when you saw the light in <br />there? <br />GARCIA: No. I don’t think he was surprised. <br />ANDERSEN: Okay. <br />GARCIA: I, I, I, no it is my strong feeling that he knew that I was coming behind him… <br />ANDERSEN: Okay.
