And the commands (CLEARS THROAT) he never asked you any <br />questions about do you want me to stay in here, let me just get up to where <br />you’re at, in other words he wasn’t making any statements indicating to you <br />what he was planning on doing other than assaulting you right? <br />GARCIA: No other statements. <br />ANDERSEN: Nothing that made it sound like you know you said you know show me your <br />hands, he wasn’t showing you his hands correct?
