Um, he <br />obviously ducked down there for a reason. Um, he continued to that…have that <br />option up until he rushed at me. He…like I said before he could have easily gone <br />west and towards the street. Um or jumped over and it could have been a <br />different ball play. <br />ANDERSEN: Uh-huh. <br />GARCIA: But he, he, committed and he chose fight and there’s no doubt in my mind, like I <br />said that this guy was on a mission and his mission was to try, to try kill me. Um, <br />it’s just that um based on how I shot him he obviously it shows he was trying to <br />come at me. Um, I didn’t shoot on the side or on the back or anything like that
