Um <br />gun, Taser, two magazines, asp and a radio and set of cuffs. <br />: The manner in which you were dressed, was that photographed on the night of <br />the incident by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department? <br />GARCIA: Yes it was. <br />ANDERSEN: And as far as the duty weapon goes what uh, what make and model do you <br />carry? <br />GARCIA: I carry a Glock 22, 40 caliber. <br />ANDERSEN: And uh you obviously there was one magazine in the weapon. How many extras <br />do you carry? <br />GARCIA: Two. <br />ANDERSEN: And do you carry a backup weapon? <br />GARCIA: No, I don’t. <br />ANDERSEN: Okay. And you said you do carry a Taser, right? <br />GARCIA: Yes. <br />ANDERSEN: Okay. Do you know which one it is? Is it the M26 or X26? What do you guys <br />carry? <br />GARCIA: I believe it’s the X26, but don’t quote me on that *** <br />ANDERSEN: All right. That’s good enough. And then on your Glock 22, you know what the <br />magazine capacity is? <br />GARCIA: 15 plus one in the chamber.
