The man was wearing a black jacket and pants. saw <br />police officers approach the subject. said it appeared to him that the police officers <br />handcuffed the subject. said his view of the subject was obstructed by the police <br />officers, so he went back to sleep. did not hear any yelling or screaming before the <br />“bang.” <br /> <br /> I spoke to who told me she was asleep when she was awakened by <br />gunfire. believes she heard three gunshots. called 9-1-1 to report that
