She later heard windows breaking and <br />yelling at LEON for breaking the windows. then heard ” yell, “they shot him, <br />they shot him.” told me she did not hear or witness the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> I spoke to , who told me he was in his bedroom when he heard <br />ambulances and police outside. did not hear the shooting incident, or any yelling or <br />screaming. <br /> <br /> I spoke to who told me he was asleep and was awakened by a loud <br />“bang” followed by screaming. thought the “bang” was a car accident. <br />looked out his bedroom window and saw a man on the ground, outside in a parking lot across <br />the street from his residence. The man was wearing a black jacket and pants. saw <br />police officers approach the subject. said it appeared to him that the police officers <br />handcuffed the subject. said his view of the subject was obstructed by the police <br />officers, so he went back to sleep. did not hear any yelling or screaming before the <br />“bang.” <br /> <br /> I spoke to who told me she was asleep when she was awakened by <br />gunfire. believes she heard three gunshots. called 9-1-1 to report that
