Carvo Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 01/14/2013 Date:01/15/13 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />not want to wake her up. other daughter, , is less than two <br />months old. <br /> <br /> was watching TV in the living room when he heard a loud noise come <br />from the upstairs apartment. checked on his wife and daughters in their <br />bedroom. He then opened his front door and looked outside. He saw a police car parked <br />outside, so he closed the door and continued watching TV. A few minutes later, two police <br />officers knocked on his front door. When he answered the door, the officers asked him if he <br />had been fighting with his wife. He told them he had not, but they asked to speak to her. <br />While he was getting his wife from the bedroom, heard one officer say <br />something in English to the other officer. did not fully understand what the <br />officer said, but he thought it was something about someone running toward the rear of the <br />building. The two officers then ran toward the backyard of building. Less than <br />a minute later, he heard two or three gunshots come from the area of the backyard. <br /> did not look outside to see what had happened. <br /> <br /> was in the living room of his home when he looked out the window and noticed <br />two police cars parked across the street. He saw two uniformed police officers walk toward <br />506 East Washington Avenue. did not see where the officers went, and he did not see <br />anyone else in the area. A few minutes later, friend, , told <br />him he heard gunshots. was also in the living room with did not <br />hear the gunshots himself.
