When they left, LEON stayed at the apartment to change the <br />oil in his car. When eturned at approximately 2230 hours, <br />LEON and his car were gone. <br /> call LEON on the phone. She said was angry with <br />LEON for leaving old LEON to return to the apartment because they had to go home. <br />A short time later, LEON returned to the apartment. and LEON then left to <br />go home. <br /> Approximately ten minutes later, returned to the apartment wit <br />was crying. LEON followe nto the apartment, and he argued <br />with came out of her room and told LEON to leave because she did not want <br />any problems in the apartment. He was demanding to be let <br />inside. then heard the kitchen window break. A short time later heard a <br />male voice, which she believed to b yell, “They shot CHEETOS!”
