The agency shall review and <br /> approve or deny a request described In the previous ;sentence along with a <br /> jurisdiction's application for homeless funding. i <br /> i <br /> (k)"Homeless youth" means .an unaccompanied youth between 12 and 24 years of � <br /> age, Inclusive, who Is experiencing homelessness, as defined in subsection (2) of <br /> Section 725 of the federal McKinney4Vento Homeless Assistance Act(42 U.S.C.
