Code, § 8350 et seq.) and have or will provide a drug-free workplace by I <br /> tacking the following actions: <br /> A. Publish a statement notifying employees and subreciplents that unlawful <br /> manufacture distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance <br /> Is prohibited and specifying actions to be taken against employees, Grantees, or <br /> subrecipients for violations, as required by Government Cade suction 8355, <br /> subdivision (a)(1). <br /> B. Establish a Drug-Free Awareness Program, as required by Government Code <br /> section 8385, subdivision (a)(2) to Inform employees, Grantees, or subreciplents <br /> about all of the following: <br /> 1. The dangers of drug abuse in the workplace; <br /> 2. Grantee's policy of maintaining a drug-free workplace; <br /> 3. Any available counseling, rehabilitation, and employee assistance program; { <br /> and <br /> 4.
