(Applicant and Property Owner) <br /> Proposed Project: Applicant is requesting approval of Conditional Use Permit <br /> (CUP) No. 2025-22 to establish a professional school, operated as Cristo Rey Orange <br /> County High School, within two existing two-story buildings. The Project involves <br /> converting the second floor of 3601 S. Harbor Boulevard and both floors at 3611 S. <br /> Harbor Boulevard. <br /> Environmental Impact: In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA) and the CEQA Guidelines, the project is exempt from further review pursuant to <br /> Class 32, Section 15332 (In-Fill Development) of the CEQA Guidelines. The Project is <br /> also exempt pursuant to Class 1, Section 15301 (Existing Facilities)for interior and <br /> exterior alterations and minor additions.
