(Property Owner) <br /> Proposed Project: Appeal Application No. 2025-01 appealing the decision <br /> made by the Executive Director of Planning and Building Agency (PBA Director) to <br /> revoke Land Use Certificate (LUC) No. 2003-03-RCY, issued by the Planning and <br /> Building Agency. This certificate was granted for a small recycling facility called <br /> Money for Cans.
