CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2026-04 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED <br /> AT 1641 EAST SAINT ANDREW PLACE LOCATED WITHIN THE SPECIFIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT (SD) NO. 69 ZONING DISTRICT. <br /> Project Applicant: Jason Boland, owner of Spectrum Wine (Applicant), and <br /> Dana 4 Enterprises, Inc.
