Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment (GPA) No. 2025-01 <br /> to redesignate the project site from Open Space (OS) to General <br /> Commercial (GC); <br /> 2. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application (AA) No. 2025-02 to <br /> rezone the project site from General Agriculture (Al) to General Commercial <br /> (C2); and <br /> 3.
