SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM UPDATE <br /> Recommended Action: Informational Item <br /> MINUTES: The Sidewalk Replacement Program Update was presented by Assistant <br /> Public Works Maintenance Manager Arturo Rodriguez who provided a PowerPoint <br /> presentation, and included maintenance services goals to improve safety and <br /> accessibility for pedestrians and increase modes of transportation.
