Employees of the Grantee: Employees of the Grantee shall comply with all <br /> applicable provisions of law pertaining to conflicts of Interest, including but not limited <br /> to any applicable conflict of Interest provisions of the a Political Deform Act of 1074 <br /> (Gov. Publish a statement notifying employees and subreciplents that unlawful <br /> manufacture distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance <br /> Is prohibited and specifying actions to be taken against employees, Grantees, or <br /> subreciplents for violations, as required by Government Cade section 3355, <br /> subdivision (a)(1). <br /> JJ <br /> B.
