The = <br /> Council reserves the right to change their representative and/or contact information <br /> at any time with notice to the Grantee. <br /> 6) Effective Date, Term of Agreement and Deadlines <br /> a) This Agreement is effective upon approval by the Agency (indicated by the <br /> signature provided by Agency in the lower left section of page one, Standard <br /> Agreement, STD. 213), when signed by all parties. <br /> b) This Agreement shall terminate on October 1, 2026, or upon delivery of the <br /> HHAP-3 final report required by HSC § 50223(b), whichever is sooner. <br /> c) Grantee shall submit an application for the remainder of their HHAP-3 allocation <br /> by June 30, 2022 in compliance with HSC § 50220.7(b). <br /> i <br /> d) Grantee shall report on the activities funded pursuant this Agreement in the first <br /> expenditure report submitted to the Council after disbursement of the remaining <br /> funds, as required by HSC §§ 50221 and 50223. <br /> e) Grantees that are cities or continuums of care shall contractually obligate no less <br /> than 50 percent of HHAP-3 funds by May 31, 2024. If less than 50 percent is <br /> obligated after May 31, 2024, continuums of care and cities shall not expend any <br /> remaining portion of the 50 percent of program allocations required to have been <br /> obligated unless and until both of the following occur: <br /> Inifial <br />
