In this <br /> agreement, applicants must indicate whether they intend to apply for HHAP-3 funding jointly with an <br /> overlapping jurisdiction or apply as an individual entity. For any eligible applicant who does not submit <br /> an agreement by the deadline, HCFC may choose to re-allocate the applicant's allocation to an <br /> overlapping jurisdiction). <br /> Eligible applicants applying jointly with an overlapping jurisdiction will designate one of the jointly <br /> applying jurisdictions as the Administrative Entity which will enter into contract with the HCFC to <br /> administer the combined allocations of the joint applicants.
