i <br /> nn <br /> 22-City�t <br /> 4 of 28 <br /> 1) "Round 1"of the program means the funding allocated under the program with <br /> moneys appropriated during the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2019. <br /> 2) "Round 2" of the program means the funding allocated under the program with <br /> moneys appropriated during the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2020. <br /> 3) "Round 3" of the program means the funding allocated under the program with <br /> moneys appropriated during the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2021 . <br /> 4) "Round 4" of the program means the funding allocated under the program with <br /> moneys appropriated during the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2022. <br /> p) "Program allocation" means the portion of program funds available to expand or <br /> develop local capacity to address immediate homelessness challenges. <br /> q) "Recipient" means a jurisdiction that receives funds from the Cal ICH for the <br /> purposes of the program. <br /> i <br /> r) "Tribe" or "tribal applicant" means a federally recognized tribal government <br /> pursuant to Section 4103 of Title 25 of the United States Code. <br /> Additional definitions for the purposes of the HHAP-3 program: <br /> "Obligate" means that the Grantee has placed orders, awarded contracts, received <br /> services, or entered into similar transactions that require payment using HHAP-3 <br /> funding. Grantees, and the subrecipients who receive awards from those Grantees, <br /> must obligate the funds by the statutory deadlines set forth in this Exhibit A. <br /> I <br /> "Expended" means all HHAP-3 funds obligated under contract or subcontract have <br /> been fully paid and receipted, and no invoices remain outstanding. <br /> 4) Scope of Work <br /> The Scope of Work ("Work") for this Agreement shall include uses that <br /> are consistent with Health and Safety Code (HSC) section 50218.6, subdivision (e), j <br /> and section 50220.7, subdivisions (a)(4)-(5) & (0, and any other applicable laws. <br /> By accepting these funds, the Grantee acknowledges that the remainder <br /> disbursement of funds is a portion of their total allocation under the HHAP-3 <br /> Program, to be used solely for the purposes outlined below. <br /> The Grantee shall expend funds on evidence-based programs serving people <br /> experiencing homelessness among eligible populations, including any of the <br /> following eligible uses: <br /> a) Rapid rehousing, including rental subsidies and incentives to landlords, such as <br /> security deposits and holding fees. <br /> Initial <br />
