CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> PROPOSAL <br /> PROJECT NO.: 23-6706 <br /> MCFADDEN AVENUE REHABILITATION <br /> RAITT AVENUE TO GRAND AVENUE <br /> STATEMENT REGARDING COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT(CWA) <br /> REQUIREMENTS <br /> This is to certify that the undersigned BIDDER,and subcontractors, have read and understood the <br /> CWA entered into by and between the City of Santa Ana, the Los Angeles/Orange Counties <br /> Building and Construction Trades Council, and the signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions, <br /> effective as of June 6, 2023. <br /> The undersigned BIDDER hereby agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of the CWA, <br /> and is capable of completing construction of the project continuously, and without interruptions or <br /> delays.
