Under the regulation, <br /> Suppliers must annually calculate Urban Water Use Objectives based on standards applied at the <br /> service-area scale, including the Water Loss Performance Standard developed by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board to minimize water waste through system leaks.The Water Loss Performance <br /> Standard requires that Suppliers must meet the real water loss standard and apparent water loss standard <br /> by 2028. <br /> Table 4.10 presents the City's progress towards compliance with the 2028 Water Loss Standard, as of the <br /> time of writing this UWMP.The most recent AWWA Water Loss Audit for FY 2025 was utilized for the <br /> calculations presented. <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />
