This insurance is excess over any other valid and collectible insurance available to the insured whether primary,excess or contingent. E. If COVERAGE C MEDICAL PAYMENTS is not otherwise excluded from this Coverage Part the Medical Expense Limit is changed subject to all of the terms of SECTION 111—LIMITS OF INSURANCE to the greater of: a. $20,000;or b.
