(CSG Forte) to provide <br /> online payment services integrated with the Accela Civic Platform in an amount of <br /> $203,464, for a term beginning May 5, 2026 and expiring May 4, 2027, with <br /> provisions for four (4), one (1) year extensions in a total amount not to exceed <br /> $1,017,317 (Agreement No. A-2026-055). <br /> 16.Purchase Order Contract with Simpler Systems Inc. for Simpler Platform <br /> Maintenance & Licenses (Specification No. 26-055) (Non-General Fund) <br /> Department(s): Information Technology <br /> Recommended Action: Award Purchase Order Contract to Simpler Systems, Inc. <br /> for Simpler Platform Maintenance and Licenses, in an amount not to exceed <br /> $120,000, for a term beginning July 1, 2026 and expiring June 30, 2031. <br /> 17.Historic Property Preservation Agreements for the Properties Located at 2117 <br /> N. Greenleaf Street and 2214 N. Westwood Avenue <br /> Department(s): Planning and Building Agency <br /> Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the <br /> attached Mills Act agreements with the below-referenced property owners for the <br /> identified structures (Agreements Nos.
