(Agreement No. A-2026-XXX) <br /> GOVERNMENT CODE §84308 APPLIES: No <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> On January 6, 2003, the Council approved actions to transition the operation of the <br /> City's animal shelter to the County of Orange as a contracted service.
