a. Contractor shall assist the City in maintaining the overall cleanliness and adequate <br /> function of underground facilities at the City of Santa Ana Corporate Yard ("City <br /> Yard"), located at 215 S Center Street, Santa Ana, CA 92703 <br /> b. Contractor shall conduct routine inspection, cleaning,maintenance, and repair services <br /> at various areas and facilities throughout the City Yard including,but not limited to: <br /> • Sanitary sewer clarifier systems and pumps; <br /> • Stormdrain system and pumps; <br /> • Street sweeper washout areas; <br /> • Oil/water separators; <br /> • Car wash areas; <br /> • Dumpster areas; <br /> • Material storage areas; <br /> • Parking areas; <br /> • Any other areas or facilities identified by the City <br /> c. Methods to provide City Yard Maintenance Services shall include, but are not limited <br /> to: <br /> • Pressure washing; <br /> • Hand-wiping/scrubbing surfaces and equipment; <br /> • Use of a vacuum truck; <br /> • Sweeping; <br /> • Shoveling; <br /> • Use of proper equipment or tools when making repairs; <br /> • Other methods suggested by Contractor and approved by the City. <br /> d. Contractor shall adhere to the City Yard Maintenance Services schedule provided by <br /> the City. Each area or facility shall be inspected, cleaned, maintained, and/or repaired <br /> at the frequency requested by the City. <br /> e. Contractor shall manifest, transport, and dispose of all waste and wastewater <br /> generated from providing City Yard Maintenance Services to the satisfaction of the <br /> California Department of Toxic Substance Control(DTSC), the United States <br /> Department of Transportation(DOT), the United States Environmental Protection <br /> Agency(USEPA), the permitted disposal facilities receiving the waste or wastewater, <br /> and any other applicable Federal, State, or local regulations. <br /> f. Contractor shall ensure all employees are supplied with and use adequate Personal <br /> Protective Equipment (PPE) while providing City Yard Maintenance Services as <br /> required by CAL-OSHA or other applicable Local, State and Federal safety <br /> regulatory agencies. <br /> City of Santa Ana RFP 26-018 Page Al-8 <br />
