Tho grantee shall submit <br /> an updated budget with the annual mport that revises and reports all aotudl and <br /> protected expenditures of HHAP funds. <br /> Changes may be made to the timing (e.g., fiscal year) of eligible use expenditures <br /> without prior approval by the Agency so long as the total expenditures (actual and <br /> protected)for each ellglble use category rramaln the some as described In the budget <br /> approved with tho grantee's application. Any decrease or Increase to the total <br /> expenditures for any eligible use category mast otherwise be approved by the � <br /> Council's HHAP Grant Manager or hielher designee, In wilting, before the grantee <br /> may expand HHAP funds aoccrdirg to an alternative budget.
