Reimbursement shall not supplant existfng I0081.funds for homeless housing, <br /> assistance, or prevention. <br /> C. Approval from HCFC must be obtained prior to obtaining reimbursement. <br /> D. Capital Improvement projects pertaining to emergency shelters and navigation l <br /> cantors are still required to demonstrate need.
