Granten shall be responsible for observing. and complying with any � <br /> applioable federal,state, and local laws, rules or regulations affecting any such work, <br /> specifioally those including, but nest limited to, environmental protection, procurement, <br /> and safety laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.
