21204 <br /> 18of28 <br /> a) Establish a Drug-Free Awareness Program, as required by Government Code <br /> section 8355, subdivision (a)(2) to inform employees, Grantees, or <br /> subrecipients about all of the following: <br /> i) The dangers of drug abuse in the workplace; <br /> ii) Grantee's policy of maintaining a drug-free workplace; 1 <br /> i <br /> M) Any available counseling, rehabilitation,and employee assistance program; E <br /> and <br /> iv) Penalties that may be imposed upon employees, Grantees, and <br /> subrecipients for drug abuse violations. <br /> b) Provide, as required by Government Code section 8355, subdivision (a)(3), that <br /> every employee and/or subrecipient that works under this Agreement: <br /> i) Will receive a copy of Grantee's drug-free policy statement, and <br /> li) Will agree to abide by terms of Grantee's condition of employment or <br /> subcontract. <br /> i <br /> 11) Ghild Sur2port Co cf <br /> For any Contract Agreement in excess of$100,000, the Grantee acknowledges In <br /> accordance with Public Contract Code 7110, that: <br /> a) The Grantee recognizes the importance of child and family support obligations <br /> and shall fully comply with all applicable state and federal laws relating to child <br /> and family support enforcement, including, but not limited to, disclosure of <br /> information and compliance with earnings assignment orders, as provided in <br /> Chapter$ (commencing with section 5200) of Part 5 of Division 9 of the Family <br /> Code; and <br /> b) The Grantee, to the best of Its knowledge is fully complying with the earnings I <br /> assignment orders of all employees and is providing the names of all new <br /> employees to the New Hire Registry maintained by the California Employment <br /> Development Department. <br /> 12) Special Conditions— Grantees/Sub ra�ntee <br /> The Grantee agrees to comply with all conditions of this Agreement including ! <br /> the Special Conditions set forth in Exhibit D. These conditions shall be met to the <br /> satisfaction of Cal ICH prior to disbursement of funds.
