Should the City remove or terminate any contract or agreement for <br /> construction that does not fall within the scope of this Agreement and thereafter authorize that <br /> world be commenced on any contract for such construction, the contract for construction shall be <br /> performed under the terms of this Agreement. <br /> Section 23 and ' C;o �ac.4 <br /> 2.3.1 The City, in its sold discretion, may seek to group (or "bundle") for lidding, <br /> contracts not meeting the threshold of Section 2.2 above.
