EXHIBIT 2 <br /> 2. Section 4.2(c). Section 4.2(c) is hereby added to state the following: <br /> "Final Disbursement Timing Exception. Notwithstanding any other provision of this <br /> Agreement,City may make the Final Disbursement of the HHAP Grant prior to.June 30, <br /> 2026, provided that the expenditures comply with the HHAP requirements. The City may, in <br /> its sole and absolute discretion, impose terms and conditions on the Final Disbursement." <br /> 3. Grantee acknowledges and understands that, if the Final Disbursement is not expended by <br /> June 30, 2026, then the City may be required to withhold or demand repayment of this <br /> portion of the HHAP Grant. <br /> 4. Grantee represents and warrants that it changed its name from '"The Illumination Foundation" <br /> to "Illumination Health+ Home," as reflected by the Certificate of Amendment, filed with <br /> the California Secretary of State on or about March 17, 2025 and that, except for the change <br /> in name, the legal entity remains the same. <br /> 5.
