Santa Ana PD has a <br /> permanent spot scheduled for every June until Santa Ana PD decides to end or move that <br /> reservation and ASET is able to accommodate. <br /> -The current STC rate for the STC ACO Academy is $18.75 per hour/per student. At a minimum <br /> of 187 hours the total price per student would be $3,506.25. STC is set to raise the rate to <br /> $28.75 per hour/per student, starting July 1, 2026. ASET will NOT be utilizing this new pay scale <br /> for our current customers, as a loyalty and current customer discount. <br /> -ASET can offer Santa Ana PD the current rate for 2026 with no additional increases this year. <br /> The years 2027 and 2028 will reflect a 5% increase to accommodate rising operating costs and <br /> inflation. We will offer a $1000.00 discount on Santa Ana PD's total bill for hosting the <br /> academy. <br /> - STC requires 100% attendance to pass and complete this course. If a student should miss a <br /> class or a portion of a class,the make-up time must be performed before the next testing cycle. <br /> If the student cannot agree on a reasonable time to make this up, they will forfeit their place in <br /> the class and monies paid, per STC guidelines. That student's agency will have to pay ASET's <br /> instructor rate of$100 an hour plus hotel, if needed, for make-up time. <br /> - All fees are non-refundable and must be paid with in 30 days of receiving the initial invoice. <br /> Any student who does not meet the STC attendance requirement will forfeit all monies paid. <br /> Santa Ana PD Representative date <br />
