Um, then he ran in-between the car and the <br />wall and was kinda trying to climb over it ‘cause it, I guess it was pinned up <br />against the wall… <br /> (SIMULTANEOUSLY SPEAKING) <br />CARVO: The car was under the tarp? <br />GRAHAM: Yeah, underneath the tarp. Ah, so it was kinda of tight and in-between there. <br />Um, and that’s when I went in-between the car and the wall, behind him. <br />CARVO: Okay. Um, at some point you said you heard a couple of gunshots. <br />GRAHAM: Uh-huh. <br />CARVO: When did that happen? <br />GRAHAM: Um, I was over, I believe I was over the fence and I was running after, after him, <br />and then I heard the gunshots. <br />CARVO: Where were you when you heard the gunshots? <br />GRAHAM: You know, I, I don’t know. I was over the fence. <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: I believe I was over the fence, I mean I know exact timing or it happened so fast <br />you know… <br />CARVO: Right. <br />GRAHAM: …but I believe I was over the fence and then I was running and I heard the <br />gunshots, so. <br />CARVO: Do you remember exactly where he was when you heard the gunshots? <br />GRAHAM: Um, he was along the south wall somewhere. <br />CARVO: Okay.
