When was the first time you figured out that Officer ENRIQUEZ had fired <br />his weapon? <br />GRAHAM: Um, I remember hearing the shots and I remember looking, glancing back at, <br />but I didn’t know where they were coming from, but I remember glancing back <br />after kinda like the second set of shots, and kinda looking over my shoulder, and <br />I looked at him, um he was still on the other side of the fence and I figured it <br />was him at that point ‘cause it was all kinda surprised me ‘cause I’m like…I <br />didn’t know it was just going off so fast, I didn’t know where it was coming <br />from…somebody in the neighborhood, I didn’t know exactly cause I think it’s, I <br />believe…I couldn’t see him at that point, Officer ENRIQUEZ. <br />CARVO: Right. Um, okay. So, you didn’t know for sure so when did you figure out that <br />he did in fact fire his weapon? <br />GRAHAM: Ah when I looked back and glanced at him. Um, I, I, I looked back and I figured it <br />was him. <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: Um, because I figured if…when I looked at him if it was somebody else he <br />probably would have been eng…engaging them or anything like that, so he was <br />still in the same position, um and that’s why I figured it was him… <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: …that fired his weapon. <br />CARVO: And at any point did he tell you… <br /> : And we should question when did you know for sure? <br />CARVO: Yeah. <br /> : Yeah, when did you know for sure?
