Um, on October 22, what shift were you working? <br />GRAHAM: Ah, graveyard patrol. <br />CARVO: Was that your normal shift? <br />GRAHAM: Yes, 6:00 at night to 6:30 in the morning. <br />CARVO: Are you still currently working that shift? <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />CARVO: Okay. Um, and was that ah, that was a normal workday; it wasn’t an overtime <br />day, or anything like that. <br />GRAHAM: No, just a normal patrol day. <br />CARVO: Okay. And what are your, or at the time, what were your days off? <br />GRAHAM: Um, I worked Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, my days off are Wednesday, Thursday, <br />Friday and Saturday. <br />CARVO: Do you have any kinda of a payback day or anything like that, or are you straight <br />3/12? <br />GRAHAM: Ah we do have a payback day, and this falls on a Wednesday. <br />CARVO: Falls on a Wednesday for you? <br />GRAHAM: Uh-huh. <br />CARVO: Okay.
