Um…Do you have anything ANDY? <br />ALVAREZ: I do, um what, ah, when you guys first arrived on scene you said there was <br />people pointing down that alley that east-west alley, um, do you remember <br />about how many people? <br />GRAHAM: I believe it was a security guard and it was two other people, I believe a male <br />and a female. <br />ALVAREZ: So at least three people pointing you guys to that direction? <br />GRAHAM: At least three that I remember. <br />ALVAREZ: Um, you mentioned earlier that the, the guy in the backyard, at some point, <br />looked like he tried to climb the fence. Did he actually like grab the fence to try <br />to climb over it? <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />ALVAREZ: The same one that you jumped over to get in the backyard? <br />GRAHAM: Correct. <br />ALVAREZ: Okay. And was that while, was that before you guys actually contacted him? <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />ALVAREZ: Before you gave commands or anything? <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />ALVAREZ: Okay. Um, had you guys already arrived at that spot in the alley and parked <br />your car and got out, when he was trying to do that? <br />GRAHAM: I believe when we were approaching him he did that. <br />ALVAREZ: Okay. On foot, approaching on foot or approaching in car? <br />GRAHAM: Approaching in the car. <br />ALVAREZ: In the car?
