But until then you didn’t know if it was the suspect that you were <br />chasing, or an officer, or any…or somebody else. <br />GRAHAM: Well it’s kind of a fluid… kinda you know, initially, thinking yes. My officer, my <br />partner did shoot, but confirming it like I say with the radio traffic… <br />ALVAREZ: Right. <br />GRAHAM: …and everything, ‘cause I actually see it, but… <br />ALVAREZ: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: …so. <br />CARVO: When the shots happened could you tell what direction from you they came <br />from? <br />GRAHAM: Yes. <br />CARVO: And where were they coming from? <br />GRAHAM: They were from behind. <br />CARVO: From behind you, okay. Mr. <br /> : When you heard the gunshots, were you on…were you separated from the <br />suspect by the truck? Or was that during the time that he was going up one side <br />of the truck and you were going up the other? <br />GRAHAM: I believe so. <br />CARVO: That it? <br /> That’s it. <br />CARVO: Alright.
