S.A. 12-026 <br />Supervising Investigator: R. Seman Date of Report: 01/22/2013 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />ANTONIO GRAHAM were on patrol riding together when they received a call for service. <br />Dispatch advised at 2209 hours of a man with a gun chasing someone in the area of Ross Street <br />and Pine Street. The officers arrived on scene at 2211 hours and parked their patrol car in the <br />“T” intersection of the alley located at 300 S. Ross Street and the alley located at 400 W. Pine <br />Street. The officers observed a subject that matched the description of the suspect in the <br />backyard of 210 S. Birch Street. <br />At 2213 hours, Officers advised dispatch that they had one detained at gunpoint. <br />Officer GRAHAM began to climb the chain link fence that separated the officers in the alley <br />from GUILLEN who was in the backyard. As GRAHAM was climbing the fence, GUILLEN made <br />some type of furtive movement and Officer ENRIQUEZ fired four rounds at GUILLEN, striking <br />him once in the upper left thigh. <br />Orange County Fire Authority responded and provided emergency medical treatment. <br />GUILLEN was transported to Western Medical Center- Santa Ana for further medical treatment. <br />GUILLEN was treated for a superficial gunshot wound which required cleaning and a bandage. <br />The following assignments were made: <br /> PAUL KELLY / PAUL CARVO / ANDY ALVAREZ (SAPD)- Case Investigator <br /> TOM CONKLIN / SERGEANT BOB WOODING (SAPD)- Officer Processing <br /> RICK BRADLEY / DOMINGO CABRERA (SAPD) – Scene <br /> ANDREW ROSS / DEAN FULCHER (SAPD) – Hospital <br /> FRANK CARDENAS / JIM GARCIA (SAPD) – Canvass <br /> BRETT ANDERSEN / LEO RODRIGUEZ (SAPD) – Canvass <br /> FRANK REYNOSO / GUS MOROYOQUI (SAPD) - Canvass <br />Refer to the packaged reports, documents and photographs for details of this <br />investigation.
