CARVO Approved By: <br />Date of Report:11/16/2012 Date:11/29/12 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />CASE NAME: GUILLEN, JAIME LOPEZ <br />CLASSIFICATION: OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING (NON-FATAL) <br />INTERVIEW OF: NETZHER MURO, FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC <br />ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY <br /> <br />DATE AND TIME: NOVEMBER 15, 2012 1511-1522 HOURS <br />LOCATION: 120 WEST WALNUT STREET, SANTA ANA <br /> On the above date and time, I conducted an audio digitally recorded interview of <br />Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) Firefighter/Paramedic NETZHER MURO regarding an <br />officer involved shooting involving JAIME LOPEZ GUILLEN and the Santa Ana Police Department <br />(SAPD). During parts of the interview, MURO referred to a copy of the OCFA Incident Report <br />(#2012-083372) and Pre-Hospital Care Report for this incident. The following is a summary of <br />the interview. <br /> MURO has been a firefighter for twelve years and a paramedic for the last nine years. <br />He started working for the City of Santa Ana Fire Department prior to that agency being <br />absorbed by the OCFA. <br /> On October 22, 2012 at approximately 2217 hours, OCFA Engine 75 was dispatched to <br />the area of 211 South Ross Street in Santa Ana regarding a shooting victim. Engine 75 <br />responded to the scene with the following personnel: <br />• PAUL CARLTON CAPTAIN/PARAMEDIC <br />• NETZHER MURO FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC <br />• ANTHONY ACUNA ENGINEER <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br />INTERVIEW REPORT
