vial, as blood in the vial that was tested for was consumed. He would like the
quantiation, no court date pending, but please make it a priority. I estimated about two
weeks to complete this extra work. Discovery can be held until this additional work is done.

Narrative: I talked to DA Investigator Ross by phone, he was inquiring on the status of the report for
this case. I checked LIMS for him and informed him that the is waiting to be
TR’d. I told him that I would e-mail the TOX section and ask for the to be expedited
so that he will get the report ASAP. He had no specific trial date but wanted to get his paper
work in order. I e-mailed the section as soon as I finished the phone conversation with Mr
Ross.
