S.A. 12‐022 <br />Investigator: Richard Bradley Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 10/15/12 Date: <br />Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT <br /> <br />CASE NAME: ALMANZA, MARCELINO VALENCIA <br />CLASSIFICATION: OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING (NON‐FATAL) <br />TYPE: VEHICLE PROCESSING <br />AGENCY: SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />On September 10, 2012, at 1300 hours, I arrived at the Orange County Crime Labs <br />vehicle examination area, located at 320 North Flower Street, in the city of Santa Ana. I was <br />there to supervise the processing of a 2011 Jeep Wrangler, 4 door, black/silver, California <br />License # , by Orange County Crime Lab personnel. Santa Ana Police Detective LEO <br />RODRIGUEZ was also present during the processing of the vehicle. <br />The following personnel from the Orange County Crime Lab completed the processing of <br />the vehicle: <br />• SLY ARSOVSKI Forensic Scientist Evidence Collection <br />• KELLI COGERT Forensic Specialist Photography, sketch, latent lifts <br />At approximately 1305 hours, ARSOVSKI and COGERT began processing the vehicle. I <br />observed the following on the exterior of the vehicle: <br />The vehicle was four‐wheel drive with large tires and fender well flares. The vehicle had <br />a hard fiberglass type removable shell over the top. The A and B pillars were heavy duty <br />support bars.
