They are do not act in good faith <br /> to us the residents. We should still be able to exercise our right to fight a parking ticket -this is still a <br /> democracy. <br /> Personally, I have been trying to resolve a parking ticket given to me in front of my home for over one year. I <br /> have provided all of the information they require and as of this writing have ignored my request. We the city <br /> have given them open authority to do as they please without any justification. And to think that my tax dollars <br /> are paying to be treated in such a fashion - is bothersome to say the least. <br /> It is only just for any resident within Santa Ana to fight a parking ticket which they feel was unjustly given. <br /> Please demand that any agency you hire for parking tickets have a process to address this. <br /> Enough is enough! <br /> Thank you, <br /> Gay Olivos <br /> Ward 5 <br /> i <br />
