DESIGN PATH STUDIO <br /> architecture + planning <br /> 02/15/2026 <br /> Proposal for Additional Services <br /> Design Path Studio is pleased to provide this proposal for additional services to prepare updates to the <br /> Permit Ready designs/plans as listed below. Design Path Studio will provide these updates upon request <br /> by the City on an as-needed/on call basis and shall be undertaken only upon issuance of a written <br /> authorization signed by the City of Santa Ana and acknowledged in writing by Design Path Studio. <br /> Services will include all rounds of necessary revisions and updates to the plans, including items below,to <br /> fully comply with 2025 CBC, as required by the City of Santa Ana. <br /> ■ Title sheet update per city template <br /> ■ Site plan update to include necessary city information <br /> ■ Floor Plan <br /> ■ MEP Plan <br /> ■ Elevations <br /> ■ Sections <br /> ■ Foundation Plan <br /> ■ Framing Plan <br /> ■ Title 24 Energy Reports <br /> This proposal is for each ADU type with the scope of work to include all necessary revisions to all plan <br /> set pages to comply with the 2025 CBC as required by the City of Santa Ana for the following plan sets: <br /> o Studio: Ranch/Spanish/Traditional <br /> o One-bedroom: Ranch/Spanish/Traditional <br /> o One-bedroom Contemporary <br /> o Two-bedroom Contemporary <br /> The total for the as-needed services shall not exceed$10,000 based on the bid amount per unit in the <br /> table below. <br /> UNIT TYPES PROPOSED #OF PLANS SETS TO BE BID AMOUNT PER UNIT <br /> UPDATED <br /> Studio 1 <br /> Ranch/Spanish/Traditional $2,500 <br /> One-bedroom <br /> 1 $2,500 <br /> Ranch/Spanish/Traditional <br /> One-bedroom Contemporary 1 $2,500 <br /> Two-bedroom Contemporary 1 $2,500 <br />
