S. Certificate Holder on each Evidence of Insurance certificate shall be: City of Santa Ana,Attention: Narisa Casuga, <br /> 215 S.Center Street,Santa Ana,CA 92703.The name and location of project must be included in the Description of <br /> Operations section of each certificate. <br /> Acceptability of Insurers <br /> Insurance is to be placed with insurers authorized to conduct business in the state of California with a current AN,Best rating <br /> of no less than A-:VII, unless otherwise acceptable to Customer. <br /> 1. <br /> Verification of Coverage <br /> Company shall furnish Customer with original Certificates of Insurance detailing above. <br /> Subcontractors <br /> Company shall require and verify that all subcontractors maintain insurance meeting all the requirements stated herein. <br /> Failure to Maintain Insurance Coverage <br /> If Company,for any reason,fails to maintain insurance coverage,which is required pursuant to this Agreement,for the entire <br /> term of this contract,the same shall be deemed a material breach of Agreement.
