'Use of Trimble Unity Permit Application Programming Interface(APIs)with third party system integrations. 8Sandbox provided for Trimble Unity Maintain or Trimble Unity Permit shall be limited to two(2)ad hoc refreshes per quarter during initial configuration.After initial configuration is completed,the Sandbox will be refreshed once per quarter at a defined date provided by Trimble.At each refresh,the Sandbox will be replaced with a copy of Customer's Production Environment as of the last available backup. All existing configuration changes in the Sandbox will be permanently deleted during the refresh process and will be replaced by the production backup. Trimble reserves the right to audit the Customers account to ensure the Customer has:(1)access to the correct modules and functionality In accordance with the package Customer has purchased and(2)the appropriate number of Authorized Users purchased.Trimble reserves the right to:(1)charge for any over access experienced by the Customer by moving the Customer to the appropriate package or(2)shut off any over access experienced by the Customer.
