When I came back around, the only ones I saw was the <br />suspect and the other male Hispanic who poked his head out. <br /> Okay. <br />AYALA: But through this whole thing I didn’t, I don’t remember seeing anybody <br />else fleeing. <br />DAWSON: You mention, I’m sorry that 8, that at approximately 08:00, is that the <br />time you mentioned that his happened? <br />AYALA: Yes. <br />DAWSON: About how long did this whole thing transcribe in your mind? <br />AYALA: From the time I was going southbound to the time uh, everything was <br />pretty much done, then uh, units arrived and we made it safe, maybe ten <br />minutes. <br />DAWSON: How long did the shooting incident take place? <br />AYALA: Maybe two minutes.
